Logan was the tech and was awesome. First - he explained what was happening and how long it would take. Talked about my unit. Talked about my dog. Gave service coverage Options. All in all - great job.

After a thorough check of the components, Lain found a problem with the overflow cut-off system which triggered the shutdown of our a/c. Very knowledgeable & explained it to us. Thanks for the quick response.
Edit 5/22/26:
Rudy came yesterday to check our a/c unit which had stopped cooling the night before. Even in the rain he was able to check the system and restore cooling. He suggested another check on a hotter day to check performance at peak heat in the day. Very knowledgeable about the unit and explained the system in detail. Thanks for the prompt visit!
