Natalie quickly got me in for a restorative color process and she was absolutely amazing. (My blonding process from previous stylist had taken a very brassy wrong turn. I also have very color resistant grays, making my hair hard to work with) She spent so much time and attention on my hair today, and this chic really, REALLY knows her stuff!! She was so knowledgeable about what needed to be done and when I saw the (absolutely beautiful) results I was overjoyed because it more beautiful than I could have imagined my blonde being. (I'm naturally a dark brunette.) I'm so happy that someone referred her to me, I would absolutely refer her!! Also, they're SO friendly here....read full review

Our very first visit to this business was just a few weeks ago. I was blown away by the customer service. As soon as we walked in they already had 2 very nice employees waiting to take my two boys back for a cut. They were very professional and finished in a timely manner. They did honor my request to go a bit shorter with botb cuts. I'm super satisfied!!!

I absolutely love Covington Haircutters!!! the new owner, Natalie, is the sweetest and she has totally revamped the entire salon! the interior is beautiful and so inviting and all the staff is extremely friendly and professional! they are taking all necessary covid precautions and I feel totally safe being in there for my appointments thanks to their precautions and cleaning efforts! love my hair every time I go! Natalie is the BEST!!!
