Was the worst experience I have ever had at a nail salon my nailed look horrible and my toe are the completely wrong color.. it is the sec day with the nail and they already want to come off!!

When I entered the shop I was ask which service I would like. I replied acrylic overlay. There were two operators present at the time who both had customers. No one ask me to choose a color, have a seat or how long of a wait it would be. I seated myself, choose a color and waited for about 15 minutes because I anticipated I would be next. There was no eye contact made with me so after 20 min and no mention of how much longer, I stood up and motioned for the door. Both operators never looked up and let me walk straight out the door. Very poor customer service. I went to another salon and spent my money!

Great pedicure but three tips of my fingers were cut during the manicure. Is that normal? just tried calling the business to discuss. I was aware of the right ring finger cut and she apologized for that but then I realized two other finger tips were cut.
