Antonio is the tech who assisted with my AC issues. I communicated with him regarding my appointment because it was scheduled 7 days from the day it stopped functioning properly. I wanted to call to see if he was available sooner, BUT he told me he could come "tomorrow" before I asked and told me the time he would be there. I was able to leave work and make it home prior to his arrival and he showed up on time, which is NOT the norm for any technician who has been sent out from a home warranty company that I've encountered. I showed him where the appliance was and he had it up and running in less than an hour! He confirmed that the unit was cooling and answered all questions I had prior to his departure. I'm very appreciative of his professionalism and his skillset.
