I had such a positive experience with Bordelon Septic Systems, Inc., and I feel like it deserves to be shared. My septic was backing up, and after calling around, their pricing was the best by far. They got me on the schedule the very next business day, and their communication was excellent from the first phone call. The technician went above and beyond. He pumped the tank, but he also noticed that ants had destroyed my wiring and caused the breaker to trip. Instead of treating it like an inconvenience, he took the time to completely rewire everything so my system would be safe and working properly again. The level of care and attention meant a lot. They emailed my invoice, and I was able to pay online within minutes. Everything about the process was easy, clear, and handled with integrity. My septic sprinkler system is back up and running, and I’m genuinely grateful for the service I received. It’s rare to find a company that combines fair pricing, quick response times, technical skill, and true customer care, but Bordelon Septic Systems does exactly that. Highly recommend.

I had a 3 year long struggle with the Cajun Aire system originally installed on our new home culminating in full failure right before Christmas. Tried 3 other companies who were terrible and just pumped and left me with a broken system each time. They never took the time to figure out what was wrong. Just pumped collected cash and left. That’s until I called Bordelon. They came out and dug it up and diagnosed the real issue…it wasn’t even close to level and settled back toward the trash tank and house which meant the septic wasn’t moving from tank to tank…just filling the trash tank. They said they could just actually re-level it and never pushed to replace…I chose to replace with an Omni Green…installed correctly. Since we had had rain and we had the holidays they didn’t leave me hanging…they rerouted the plumbing and pump to force water to the sprinklers until the weather allowed them to replace it right. Today they came out and replaced it. Excellent work ethic, honesty, know-how I could go on. They used the laser to ensure it was exactly level…plumbed it and left the worksite clean. Bordelon will be the ONLY septic service to touch my tank. Thank you Macclaine and team!

You guys rock! Today experience was the easier thing. No stress . Your guys came right out and fixed what I thought was going to be a long drawn out situation and omg your guys went right to it and fixed my problem. Two most sweetest guys came out and very respectful of things.
