He was able to match and patch the woods floors in our house in damaged areas. He fixed a structural wall, moved transoms to open kitchen / laundry seamlessly, and converted out third floor into usable space. He added a closet and it looks like it was part of the original floor plan. It has been five years now since his work and I can say it has held up. It was a smooth process from start to finish.“

Multiple contractors bid on this job; What set Schwander-Hutchinson apart was including details of material quality along with a very competitive quote. Another contractor reserved the better materials as bargaining points to win the contract at a higher cost. Schwander-Hutchinson had the best materials at the best price from shingles to flashing to vents. The workers arrived quickly and seemed very well organized and highly experienced. The foreman was available at all times to answer questions. Debris and packaging was never left on the project so the impact yard plants, trees, pets was minimal. As for the Fortified Grant process and documentation, Schwander-Hutchinson took care of all details allowing for a very painless inspection. Roof looks amazing.“

“My next-door neighbor had this company do his house and it turned out being really clean, so I reached out for estimates on my house and a rental. The price was a good bit below my other quotes. As they found issues during the removal of old gutters, they stop and discuss. They will not move forward until they text the resolution and you agree in a response to additional price and repairs. That is how I would run my company and it is fair. They come out and got right to work. Super fast and efficient. The crews are polite, courteous, and nice. Of course, there are no seams in straight runs and the angle cut seams are really clean. I know of 3 homes including mine that they have done, and they are all nicely done. Good gutters compliment your home.“

Gave pictures as requested. They came and did no work and wanted to set up another appointment for another day for additional money. Dionne also shared the manual with the receptionist and they had everything they needed to fix. I forgot to call during the day they have not responded to messages every day, no one ever called. They have proven to no are not honest or trustworthy.
