PetSmart Grooming

The people working at this Petsmart are rude and disrespectful. I was spending so much on this store from training, grooming, and treats(food, toys). I accidentally forgot a bag of treats $48 worth, and was told I was lying about it and would not get refunded or get the treats, I was also overcharged for the traininh(from the managers no less). I have boycotted this business. I do not recommend this pet store at all.

Wow customer service is atrocious!!! Cashier is left alone doesn't know anything about animals says I can point ya in the direction of the product but that's all I can do !! But most of all was rude about it :-( too bad we will be taking our business elsewhere !!

Charlotte groomed my darling doodle today for the first time. In fact it was her first time to have a new groomer ever and she is 15 months old. Baby was so scared and trembling coming in that Charlotte had to carry her back. But when I came to pick her up they were old friends. My baby was exactly as I requested absolutely fantastic job. We will definitely be back. Thanks so much Charlotte you made a scary experience so much easier for Baby. You are one talented lady
