Pak’s karate has help my child tremendously with self discipline and self esteem. My child use to be very compulsive and not think before acting. Since we’ve been with Pak’s for 3 years everything has turned around and has help tremendously at school, home, and public outings. The schedules are flexible and they have multiple locations.
