My family and I train at their Texarkana Location but make the drive to bossier often. Instruction is excellent, atmosphere is great, and the culture is very supportive. Great group of people and hard rolls
The best gym in the SBC. Great coaches, great classes and even better community. Kids and myself train here and couldn’t see ourselves training anywhere else. Want to be a comp ready killer? Done. Want to be a hobbiest? Done. All walks train here and all have mutual respect for experience. 10/10
