My Husband and I transferred our care to Dr. Ranji, after his recent hospital stay. We were so impressed by his thorough care and attention. He and the staff at Christus, truly saved his life. Along with our Lord and Savior, of course. ( TY, Jesus).
Dr. Ranji, truly listens to any questions and concerns, patiently.
At my visit yesterday, my asthma flared and he immediately ordered a breathing treatment.
Can't say enough, about how pleased we are, thus far! Definitely, trust him with our care!

I had a great experience with Dr. Maranto. He was very knowledgeable and took the time to educate me on medication.

The only complaint I have is the front office. I called asking how refills work, and they misinformed me with telling me that i needed to come in every time a refill is needed. Meanwhile, my pharmacy had refills lined up already without me having to ask.

my suggestion is to be careful with answering questions and ensure that you are giving out the most accurate answers and information. Alternatively, simply say you don’t know and ask someone that does know. Scheduling unneeded appointments costs money and takes up spaces from people that need to be seen.

Thank you Dr Maranto and FNP Chesney Finley for taking excellent care of me. I'm not the easiest patient and you both do it with grace, professionalism, and excellent care. Everyone at the facility is top notch medical care. I appreciate all of you. Bossier Family Medical is a place I trust for excellent care.
