When it's 100+ degrees outside you need a company you can trust. Originally they thought worst case scenario ($3k fix). They couldve stopped there, but they didn't. They did some additional troubleshooting came back said we were wrong, it's best case scenario ($200 fix). Thank you for going the extra mile.
My AC blower motor fell apart in July of 2019. I first called a popular AC company in the local area, and they tried to upsell me with a $20,000 unit for my 1100 square-foot home. They were quick to offer their financing packages as well.When I called AC Pro, a Navy Veteran who worked there came out, identified the specific issue and fixed the problem for just over $400. He also cleaned out a hornet nest I didn't realize was inside my AC unit. At the end of the job he gave me some HVAC advice as well. It's been over 4 years and my AC has been working great.
