“When it came time to replace my home’s AC unit, I called 4 local companies for information and a quote. Michael from Central Aire visited my home the next day. He explained all the options, including recommended duct work, warranty, and interest free payment plans. In the end, he offered a quote for an American Standard two-stage system that ended up beating the competitors’ quotes by $2,000 to $10,000. After reading many reviews about American Standard, I came to understand they have practically the same “guts” as their Trane counterpart, but at a lower cost point. I felt comfortable going with the American Standard line. Michael set up a crew to come out the next day for the installation. Even when it was determined that there would be a 1-2 day delay to receive all the components for the new install, Michael arranged for a temporary system to be up and running in the meantime, so my family wouldn’t have to endure the heat while waiting. The crew came the next day and replaced the temporary system with the new one.<br>Long story short, I’ve been very pleased with the service from Central Aire. Their technicians have been courteous and competent in their post-install service calls. Now three months in, the system is cooling well in extremely hot weather. Also, my electric bills have decreased. I’m a satisfied customer.”
