I just wanted to leave a quick note about Tina from Empower Yoga. She received a phone call from a stressed out dad (complete stranger) in the process of moving 3 young kiddos to Louisiana and in NEED of learning how to tie yoga knots for my autistic son’s outdoor yoga swing. Tina didn’t hesitate to offer me help and actually made 5-6 personal home made “how-to” videos with instructions. What a wonderful small business owner and incredible human being. Ladies!!!! If you have not been to Empower Yoga Benton YOU.NEED.TO.GO.ASAP!! I took the Ariel Yin class this afternoon and it was so fun and relaxing! Such a great atmosphere that truly calms you.. The owner, Tina is so sweet and helpful! It will definitely be added to my weekly to do list ??♀️
After taking a kids camp one weekend, my little fell in love with this place - so much so that she wanted to have her birthday party there. Tina did not hesitate to accommodate us. The girls had time in the silks learning poses and even made a craft. The girls made bath tea bags and Tina took time to explain the different herbs and their uses. They all had so much fun! I have to say it was one of the best parties we have had!
