“I just wanted to leave a quick note about Tina from Empower Yoga. She received a phone call from a stressed out dad (complete stranger) in the process of moving 3 young kiddos to Louisiana and in NEED of learning how to tie yoga knots for my autistic son’s outdoor yoga swing. Tina didn’t hesitate to offer me help and actually made 5-6 personal home made “how-to” videos with instructions. What a wonderful small business owner and incredible human being. Thanks for your kindness 🧘💙💙”
