“I was in New Orleans for a work convention and staying just down the street at the Waldorf Astoria when I decided to stop into Seven Qi Spa because my body was incredibly sore from traveling and being on my feet.

I was lucky enough to be paired with Tian Tian, and I’m so glad I was. I originally did a wall-in for a foot and leg massage, but it felt so amazing that I immediately requested a full one-hour body massage on the table instead.

I’ve had massages all over the world, and I can honestly say this was one of the best I’ve ever had. Tian Tian checked in throughout the massage to make sure the pressure was exactly how I wanted it, and his technique was incredible. By the end of the hour, I felt like a completely new person.

The prices are very fair, especially for the quality of the massage. The night before, I had reflexology at another shop, and there was simply no comparison. I’m so happy I found Seven Qi Spa instead.

Whenever I’m back in New Orleans, I’ll absolutely be returning to Seven Qi Spa and requesting Tian Tian. Thank you, Tian Tian, for such an exceptional experience!“

“Wow!! I came across this spa because of the high reviews, and it did not disappoint. The aesthetician Danielle really took time to explain the different facials, what each did and did an assessment of my skin to recommend what I needed. This facial exceeded my expectations. Not only did I get facial which included a cleansing, and exfoliation, a hydrating mask, an extensive facial massage; but it also included an extensive massage of my chest area, shoulders, arms, and scalp. It was a very comprehensive facial, and I left extremely relaxed and satisfied results. . I’m one who doesn’t spend much on myself, but I think this is something I will be doing regularly. The price was also phenomenal, so I left feeling guilt free.“

“Had a great experience at V spa! Me and my aunt had our spa party here on Wed March 18, 2026! For a spa party you'll need 4+ people. Ms V allows you to bring a fruit tray and sandwich tray to go along with the unlimited mimosas she provides! The facility is very spacious, clean and relaxing. I had the luxury of having Ms. Mary as a masseuse and she was amazing. I got a 60 min swedish massage with medium to firm pressure and she did not disappoint! I did feel tho that I had offended the owner when I requested the lady instead of the man massause, but that's my preference so.... But all in all Ms. V is very informative and she shows great hospitality, you'll love it there!

“My first experience at Float Nola was superior. The space and atmosphere is beautifully designed and everything feels so relaxing. The sauna is like a sweat tent on a room so you have the room all to yourself and you get to lay down during your time in the sauna. The cold plunge tub shares a room with your sauna bed. I appreciated the running water of the cold plunge tub while I was in the sauna. They provide everything you need to go from one room/session to the other. I left the sauna/cold plunge and went straight into my float session. The float tub is also a private room with a shower for rinsing before and washing after. There are towels, robes, soaps, earplugs, etc. they have gone above and beyond to think of all the things you may need during your time there. I’m recovering from a painful lower back injury and this was exactly what I needed. I will definitely be back!“
