I went in wanting acrylic and to leave them bare and paint them at home and forward the extra $20 of gel towards my nail lady’s cash tip. But my nail lady fully said ‘you’re just trying to cheap out and get nothing’ as well as telling me I need to go to the store to get something for my cuticles so they don’t ’look like that’. Very rude and was pressured into getting something I didn’t want. I even prefaced in my requests when making the appointment I wanted to leave them bare IF possible and wasn’t told anything until she just brings out the cure light. The atmosphere at the nail salon was really nice—clean, relaxing, and welcoming. The prices were also very reasonable, which I appreciated. However, the service felt a bit rushed. My pedicure didn’t feel as thorough as I expected, and the bottoms of my feet still felt a little rough afterward. Overall, it was an okay experience, but I’d prefer a bit more attention to detail next time.

Anna is absolutely amazing! She’s detailed, patient, and always makes sure my nails look perfect every single time. I love how gentle she is and how she takes her time to get the shape and design just right.
