The worst experience I’ve ever had here. Went on 2/14 at 1PM. I had a guy do my gel pedicure and verbally expressed how he was hurting me multiple times while he was cuticle trimming and filing but he ignored me. Turns out he was cutting the area around my toes. Pedicure also ended up so messy. I could’ve done a cleaner job with my gel at home. Very disappointed because I’m about to have a baby and can’t bend to fix them myself right now which is why I got a pedicure in the first place.

I went in wanting acrylic and to leave them bare and paint them at home and forward the extra $20 of gel towards my nail lady’s cash tip. But my nail lady fully said ‘you’re just trying to cheap out and get nothing’ as well as telling me I need to go to the store to get something for my cuticles so they don’t ’look like that’. Very rude and was pressured into getting something I didn’t want. I even prefaced in my requests when making the appointment I wanted to leave them bare IF possible and wasn’t told anything until she just brings out the cure light. When I asked for just a clear coat instead she rolled her eyes and sighed and said even clear coat was going to be gel. So no matter what I was getting gel. Will not be seeing Yumi again.

I went in for a pedicure and left feeling like a burden. My girlfriend was getting her pedicure right next to me and i clearly got the lesser treatment. I will not be returning.

I got my nails done Monday, I'm back at the shop today getting two nails fixed and it's only been 3 days. The service feels rushed. The manager tried explaining to me about the difference of a fill in versus a new set, sir I'm not 2 years old. I know that a fill set should not break after 2 days of not doing much at all. For their prices and rushed service along with management over the past few months I believe it's time to find another shop. I'm used to how the Dallas chains are ran with this company and that's my problem expecting so much from a franchise in a different state.

Got a dip manicure and picked out my color, and Nathan started putting the wrong color on, just straight sparkle with nothing under it. I questioned it nicely and he said he usually puts bubble bath under it, and I asked if he could please do that (even though it still was not the color I asked for). I said I didn't want it to be see through, and yet my nails are still see through and not the color I asked for. Then went to the register to pay, and they charged me extra for no change shape. I once again questioned that and was met with a horrible attitude. I also had red nails prior to this appointment, and they left me with red all over my hands from the removal. I am very upset. I just think that if you are paying $70 to get your nails done it should be exactly what you want. I then called to see if I could get it fixed, and Jo said that I was the problem and that I should have spoken up at the salon before I left, which I did. Incredibly rude staff as well.

The atmosphere at the nail salon was really nice—clean, relaxing, and welcoming. The prices were also very reasonable, which I appreciated. However, the service felt a bit rushed. My pedicure didn’t feel as thorough as I expected, and the bottoms of my feet still felt a little rough afterward. Overall, it was an okay experience, but I’d prefer a bit more attention to detail next time.

Anna is absolutely amazing! She’s detailed, patient, and always makes sure my nails look perfect every single time. I love how gentle she is and how she takes her time to get the shape and design just right.

Honestly horrible experience. I didn't get what I wanted. It was a horrible paint job. Told me I couldnt get the design cause they didn't have the color even tho I said its perfectly fine and that ill pick a different color just want the design, did a really crappy art work job of the leaf that I wanted on my nails and its been a couple of weeks where by this time, they would've fallen off but the girl put so much glue that its almost IMPOSSIBLE to take them off. Don't come here. Ik im never coming back. And the girl who did this was a girl named Mia. Avoid her at all cost if you decide to come here.
