From initial conversations to finished product, Unique Custom Collision center did a great job helping us get our car repaired. Their representative, Timothy, took the time to answer all of our questions and explain the process. He set timelines of when he would give us an update. He gave us updates as promised, on time. And when we came to pick up the car, it was repaired very nicely. I've worked with other repair shops in town, and this has, by far, been my best experience.
I will be recommending Unique Custom Collision Center from now on.
Repairs to our 2022 Kia Telluride were excellent and the whole process went very smoothly. They are a preferred service provider with State Farm; so the whole claims and payment process was handled with very little involvement required from us.
Just as many others have noted, we had to get our sienna fixed after someone spun out and destroyed its front end and Jimmy and the folks at Unique Custom Collision really took care of us. The only drawback was it was a little further a drive than other shops, but worth it! Everyone else was going to take longer and insurance wasn't paying out like they should (also didn't have much time bc we had short duration on our rental and wife/kids needed the car) but Jimmy gave us a great deal and got us in fast then communicated the entire way.
