Terry Arthur's professionalism is superb and unmatched across many industries but specially in the car service sector. Terry has demonstrated that he is willing to go ABOVE and BEYOND his call of duty to provide excellent service to his customers. On top of that, he is sophisticated when dealing with insurance companies. Even the insurance companies that are out to swindle their policyholders. I would highly recommend Terry and if the BBB had any sense, they would hire Terry to teach business people about day-to-day ethics and customer service.
