My Samsung screen would not respond. ATT could not fix it. I was very concerned I would not be able to transfer my data to my replacement phone.
I found Asurion by searching for Samsung repair. They fixed my screen and transferred my data. They did exactly what they said they would when they said they would. Had I known about them, I would have come here first and not bought a new phone!!!
They were very professional, quick, and nice about the whole process. The phone screen repair was like I just bought the phone. I highly recommend coming through if your screen is cracked, or not working
