Optical Shoppe is the only place I will go for my glasses. Great selection of designer glasses and sunglasses that other shops may not carry, but more importantly the service is top notch. They are patient and will make suggestions on the right glasses for the individual. They also provide minor repairs and adjustments for free--often times with only a walk-in needed. Highly recommend.
Ms. Alicia was so very helpful and sweet to me. I merely came in to see if she could repair the arm on my glasses, as I really need them to see well and they had been held up by a piece of tape. Not only did she repair them, she went above and beyond by cleaning the lenses, tightening them and getting the goo off from the tape I had used. I was fully expecting to pay and she informed me that it would be no charge. I am so very grateful for her and the kindness she displayed.
