On time, professional, courteous, efficient
We are happy we selected The Bug Man for our pest maintenance. Jacque was friendly and informative. He went above and beyond to ensure we were protected from outside entry points. We know our house is in good hands.
I was referred to The Bug Man in 2019 for pest control at my properties in New Orleans and have been extremely satisfied with their service for all these years. However, recently they have gone even further than the extra mile they usually go, thanks to our new technician Rob. Rob was assigned to my New Orleans properties about one year ago is always super responsive. Most recently, Rob helped me out of a big problem I was having at my rental property, where three large possums found their way underneath the bathtub and made a nice cozy home for themselves there. Rob was so diligent and thoughtful in strategizing how to get the critters out and seal the problem areas, which were in very awkward locations and difficult to seal off properly. To make matters more difficult, the possums were evasive and avoiding the traps that Rob had set, so it took some strategizing and coaxing to get the animals to leave the space he needed to seal. Rob succeeded though, and he finished the job at 5:45pm on a Friday afternoon — a time when any other technician would have said “my schedule is full so I’ll get to it next week.” I am so appreciative and thankful to have Rob in our corner when it comes to bugs, rodents, possums, and any other pests in our home. Thanks Rob, and thank you Bug Man! We truly are so grateful for your services and your diligence in making sure our lives are pest-free!
