I have had Hawx for a year now and Darius takes care of me everytime. He's very polite and always takes his time to make sure things are done properly. He reaches out after hes done each time to see if there is anything else he can help with. Great company with a great employee!
Gabrielle did a wonderful professional job. I appreciated her patience because our schedule was mixed up, but she came back and took very good care of me so she deserve a bonus. Thank you very much.
She did well for what needed to be done. We apparently don’t have much of a bug problem so paying 55 a month is too high. This should not reflect on her as she did a great job doing what needed to be done. We decided to cancel the contract as we don’t want to pay over $600 a year when we have no issues with pests. So we sent the forms to cancel via UPS overnight express.
