I’ve been a customer here since 2017. But recently stopped shopping here because the management is very unprofessional. They do not care about how they talk to their customers even long term customers. They allow you to order things that’s out of stock because they claim it works for them. So don’t be surprised when you get your time and money waisted.This is also one of the cheapest major hair companies in the city which is the only reason why I shopped there. Unfortunately the management is also cheap and unprofessional. DO NOT SHOP HERE.

I CALLED FOR A HD OR TRANSPARENT LACE CLOSURE AND THEY SAID THEY HAD THEM. I AM JUST LEARNING ABOUT THESE AND REALLY DID NOT KNOW WHAT I WAS AND TRUSTED A HAIR SUPPLIER TO KNOW. I BOUGHT IT TO MY NEW STYLIST THAT I WAS GOING TO BECAUSE I LIKED HOW SHE DID HER CLOSURES. I WASTED TIME AND MONEY BECAUSE WHEN I GAVE HER THE CLOSURE SHE SAID THAT IT WAS NOT A HD/TRANSPARENT CLOSURE. I FELT LIKE SWEETSTICKYSTUFF WAS JUST TRYING TO MAKE A DOLLAR OR THE LADY WHO WAS THERE JUST GAVE ME THE WRONG CLOSURE. I GAVE A ONE STAR BECAUSE I HAD TO GIVE A STAR.

I love their setup_ dude was fast and professional. He knows his hair ladies! The quality is good too!!
