My appointment to Shenandoah Eye Clinic today met all my expectations from scheduling the appointment with the front desk, to the eye exam with Dr Boudreaux. He was very patient and guided me through all the views he was including and what part of the examination would lead to diagnosis of problems and/or Domonique assisted me in how to select frames to fit my facial profile as well as complementing my features. She assisted me with the order forms and let me know the approximate Time of completion and shipment back to me. All in all it was a b easy and enjoyable visit.
Dr. Bowman was excellent, very professional very knowledgeable and most importantly ran on time for the appointment. The ladies that helped me in the optical shop were very knowledgeable as well and very sweet.
Everyone was great, very professional and kind. Outstanding customer service throughout scheduling, financials, intake, exam, and choosing frames and lenses. Every part of the process was explained in detail, while making sure all of my questions were answered. They even had some good music playing in the lobby. Shoutout to the optician Teana for really taking her time with helping me choose frames and really giving great detail and feedback on each as I can be picky. She really made it easy for me. And I was able to take advantage of a buy 1 get one 1/2 off for frames, and got prescription sunglasses for the first time too. Thank y'all for a great experience, can't wait...read full review
