I am so disappointed with the lack of care received by Dr. Lee and her staff. Today was my third and final visit with her. I ignored certain behaviors in my previous visits but today she was even more cold and condescending. When I asked questions she and her staff were beyond rude. It seems she and her staff were only concerned with my health as long as I was in agreement to have a non emergency surgery that she suggested. When I changed my mind , the limited level of sincerity and professionalism from them ceased as well.

The worst visit ever. I went to her for menopause symptoms ie night sweats, hot flashes, no menstrual cycle for over one year. She told me I was “sleeping with too many blankets. “ I am a nurse practitioner and fairly educated and work in the ER. Don’t you think I have enough sense to know how to sleep, cover or uncover myself and know when something in my body isn’t correct. She refused all blood work I requested to check hormones and thyroid.
