My ServPro experience- Austin Walker and Team. Hi neighbors- I just wanted to take this opportunity to recognize the wonderful and professional experience I had with Austin, Jason, and the rest of the team. Labor day weekend on Sunday I made a frantic post on here because I accidentally left the bathroom faucet running. It ran for at least 10 hours and by the time I discovered it my entire bedroom, bath, and part of my living room floors were soaked. My post was for help in knowing what to do. I'd never had this happen before. First I tried to reach my insurance comp and wasn't getting anyone so ND was my last hope. Austin reached out to me and offered to help me. I had to be honest with him and let him know I wasn't sure if it would be covered and I had just been laid off so I couldn't make a financial commitment to him. He understood and eased my worry. Austin told me it was alright he would still help me and we would figure things out. Austin sent over Jason who was there in no time and ready to help. He helped me get the last of my furniture out and then he began vacuuming the water. I believe it was 80- 90 gallons. I kept asking what I could do to help and Jason told me to just sit and relax and he would take care of things. They came for one week straight and every day he would measure walls for moisture and move fans where it was needed and always made me feel at ease. Austin even contacted the adjuster to make sure everything was being done was with approval. He even told me he would be happy to be present when the adjuster came to see the damage if I wanted. It was really a great experience. I am so thankful. God bless them for going ABOVE AND BEYOND in my time of need. They made me feel like family, not like a customer. I hope to never go through this again, but if I have to I will gladly do it again with Austin Walker and his ServPro team!!

I cannot say enough good things about the exceptional service provided by Brandy from Servpro.
