Frontier Services showed up the day after a pipe burst in my bedroom — removed all the sheetrock and insulation from the wall and tiered ceiling and disinfected. Then set up multiple fans and humidifiers to dry walls, ceilings and wood floors. After a few days the floors still indicated moisture so they tented the wet floor area. After a few more days everything was dried and ready for the reconstruction. They saved my wood floors. Hopefully I will not have to use their services again but I would and highly recommend them to others.
Michael McPherson with Frontier Restoration was a godsend! Awakened to a day of chaos due to a frozen pipe that burst, despite my due diligence and all my winterizing preparations! Nothing can prepare you for water pouring from your ceiling, ruining so much of your home. Michael responded immediately after contacted, showed up at my doorstep in less than two hours, and had his crew at my house shortly thereafter. They were all professional, compassionate, friendly, and accommodating.
