service was ok but baby the man in there need some serious training rushed & dont know what he doing he was very ROUGH thank god the lady the save the day by polishing right even she was pissed from his mess ups
I had a very upsetting experience at this nail salon. During my service, the technician was extremely rough with my nails and accidentally cut me with a nail file, causing pain and bleeding. When I decided I no longer wanted to continue the service, I felt pressured to stay and was prevented from leaving immediately, which made me very uncomfortable. I would not recommend this salon based on my experience. I hope management takes customer safety and professionalism more seriously.
I’ve been going to sassys for 7 years and it has changed a lot! The older lady that does nails is so impatient. She rushes your nails & overcharges for everything, with an nasty attitude!!!!!! Not even a week after getting my toes done, nail polish started chipping off. This place has went down hill.Services: Acrylic nails
