They send a text message to let you know that they will be coming the day before which is a wonderful feature.
To be honest, never done business with them myself. But I have heard good things from others. Mostly I'm just a big fan of the giant bug on top of the building. I see it on my way to/from work every day.
Salvant is always attentive and responsive. I use them regularly for WDIR reports as well as a termite contract and monthly pest control. They do a great job and I would highly recommend them.
