I’ve been receiving infusions for my rare neurological disease for more than two years. I receive them every month for five days in a row. I've never experienced care quite like what I received at Reliant Specialty Infusion in Tyler, TX. My treatments can last anywhere from 3 to 5 hours each day, and the medication requires careful monitoring due to the reactions it can trigger. This isn’t just about getting an infusion—it's about managing a delicate and intricate part of my life that requires precision, understanding, and most importantly, trust. From the very moment I walked into the establishment, I immediately felt at ease about what I was about to endure. EVERYONE there took the time to answer any and all of my questions and concerns. I felt very confident in my choice to use them and not to use the facilities at the local hospital. Maybe I’m a little odd but I can’t wait to return for my next infusion.
All went smoothly for first time. No problems.
Staff was very professional and helpful guiding me along the way.
