Articulate explanation of problems/repairs required with minimum interruption of water service. Timely notification of arrival time and promptness and efficiency in performing work. Professional design of replacement pipes and faucets and tidy cleanup and restoration of home property.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had an issue with our main line backing up late in the day, and Reliable Plumbing came through when we really needed them. I called that afternoon, and they were able to schedule service that same evening. Our technician, Victor Maldonado, communicated ahead of time, arrived promptly before 6 p.m., and got straight to work.
