My husband and I went to Randall for years and I think he is slipping. I had the audacity to tell him that I was having trouble with a haircut he gave me. First he argued with me. I tried to defuse the situation but joking that maybe it was my incompetence in styling but that I wanted something different. He grew more and more agitated and hostile and by the end of the haircut, stormed out, leaving his embarrassed daughter, Caitlyn, to check me out. I told my husband who pretty much said he was weary of having to listen to Randall’s conspiracy theories. We moved to Lux Salon on Highland and they are nicer and do a better job.
