Done a wonderful job on my nails but if you have very VERY little patience like me and if you don't mind waiting for them to acknowledge you or act like they want to take care of you then hey its a 5 star. But I gave a 3 because the service and how they was laughing and cutting up instead of taking care of the VERY few people in there was sorry. But huge 👠to the 1 younger guy who was doing a good job at his job and did fantastic on my nails, Thank you!!!!

They was patient and made sure my nails was very well even Made sure my fingernails was dry and they try to get to know me. All the other nail shops that I went to don't do that, the other nail shops that I went to rush, don't take they time on my nails they rush you out they chair. But queens nails they take they time make sure you satisfied. If it's a lot of people their they still go do they job right doesn't matter how many people their and it's worth your wait.
