I called this office and was sent to voicemail. The message asked to send a text and someone would reach contact you. I sent a text, explaining what we needed. Nothing! I never received a text back nor did I receive a return phone call. I’ve tried to call the main Planet Home Lending and that is even worse. It is too difficult to get in contact with someone about a specific request.
My new loan was sold off to Planet Home Lending. They reached out to me on a recorded line for training and quality purposes and verified everything on my loan including the address of the property and all mailing addresses and other ways of communication. I have received many letters full of lies on how this company is looking forward to serving me in the future.But yet the first payment was sent to another state and of course to another address and I didn’t receive it until the date it was due. I highly recommend using planet home lending, the staff has been very attentive. This was our first home and we were so lucky to have them help us through this experience.
