A month late--- but if I could give Paul 10,000 stars, I totally would. My husband and I moved to Louisiana from North Carolina, and had a 'for sale by owner' home we were wanting (and bought). Neither the sellers or us used real estate agents, which did add some stress upon to my husband and I. After dealing with another broker out of state who knew absolutely nothing about the Rural Development program, we found Paul who from that point on made the entire process a walk in the park.
