I was referred to Dr. Ritchie by my vet for an issue with my pet’s dental issues. When I checked in the staff was incredibly kind and friendly. I was very worried about what Dr. Ritchie might say about my pet’s “problem”. On the contrary, Dr. Ritchie completely put my mind at ease and relieved the anxiety I had about my pet’s condition. He was so professional and genuine regarding my pet. He completely eased any anxiety I had. He took the time to explain my pet’s condition and what my options were in reference to any treatment that may be necessary. I had a very painful experience at PRV over a year ago. At that time, I really liked one veterinarian, but she was only there temporarily. Unfortunately, I also had difficult experiences with two other vets who are actually no longer employed at PRV.
Since then, the manager has been very understanding and handled the situation appropriately, which I truly appreciate. Now that there are new veterinarians on staff, I would be open to returning in the future.
