The staff was very helpful, warm, and professional. There was a long wait, but that is to be expected since there aren't many pediatric eye specialists in the area. I would recommend them.

I brought my son in for his annual eye exam with Dr. Le and couldn't have been more pleased with her care. She's a wonderful blend of playful and professional—my son felt comfortable and cared for throughout. Her nurse was also very kind, and most of the staff were welcoming.
Unfortunately, our experience with Office Manager Debbie was frustrating. Debbie, despite her long tenure, seemed unfamiliar with basic insurance procedures. She incorrectly stated that our insurance would only cover 20% and demanded an upfront payment, even after I showed documentation proving 100% coverage. The office staff is very patient and welcoming. The building is accessible using a wheelchair. There is a restroom located outside the office in the nearby corridor. There are toys and books in the waiting room to keep little ones entertained.
Now for the icing on the cake?:
Dr. Andrew Black is the best pediatric eye doctor. I would never take my children anywhere else. My oldest son has been his patient for years!
