This is my first experience with a personal trainer and Nick Ortego hasn’t disappointed. I haven’t really exercised in over 30 years so I was afraid I wouldn’t be able to keep up, but Nick meets you where you’re at. His personal and focused attention to detail- your personal details- is impressive. I deal with neck problems and fibromyalgia and Nick asks “How’s my body feeling?” at the beginning of each session and means it. He tailors my warm up and stretches to target any pain or discomfort I’m experiencing so that my body can be properly stretched and ready for our training session. I met Nick Ortego through the very strong recommendation of a co-worker several months ago. Over the past two years, I have lost 50 pounds and in doing so, I also lost muscle along with my core strength. Nick provided a full assessment of where I was physically and provided a holistic approach to rebuilding my upper and lower body. He has completely transformed my body and mindset.
