He led us on home tours when we came into town on a holiday weekend, helped us with for-sale-by-owner properties, and set up services (pest, home warranty, etc). We came into the house search with a long list of properties, and he accommodated that expertly. He has a way of making your opinion feel valuable and respected while also easing your fears.
