The staff was great but the doctor stood so far away from me while checking my ears and throat, I doubt he could see anything. He really didn’t listen to what I was telling him and now I am worse than before I saw him. I want a refund!!!

The visit overall was a good experience. The receptionist was very friendly and the wait was not long at all. Once I was called back, the nurse and doctor were very caring and concerned about how I was feeling and getting the best medicine to get me back to feeling good again. I will definitely go back to this office again.

I thought I had broken my wrist. So I made a visit to the Lake.Urgent Care on Coursey. The staff was so friendly and caring. The nurse immediately took x rays. Quickly after, the doctor came in and said it was just a bad sprain. I am grateful for having such a wonderful place nearby.
