The staff at Lake Urgent Care was so awesome…I was seen in a timely fashion…they were professional & compassionate. They graciously filled out some forms I needed & called me when they were ready so I could pick them up…I couldn’t have been better taken care of. It was a very positive experience.

Amazing bedside manner. Gets you in within no time and if there’s a wait, it’s not too long. You’re in, taken well care of by the nurses, before meeting the doctor. Dr. Cramer, Ms. Emily, Jamie, and Dr. Dodd as well as many others available tend to your needs. Answering any questions or concerns you have to make sure the source of your problem is able to be found. Would definitely recommend for any new visitors/patients.
