The instruction is solid, and I've had the chance to train with people of all experience levels. Everyone has been respectful, welcoming, and willing to help each other improve.
If you're looking for a gym where you can learn jiu-jitsu or sambo, get a good workout, and be part of a positive training environment, I'd recommend giving this place a try.
