American Karate Academy

My son has been going to American Karate Academy since we moved here over a decade ago and he was just 7 years old. Now he is grown and in college, a third degree black belt, and working towards his fourth. He has learned a lot training here with his awesome teacher, who has always been encouraging and kept him learning and making steady progress. He says it's one of the most worthwhile activities he's ever participated in. After all this time, he still loves coming here and plans to continue throughout his college years.

I was at a lost with my son, dealing with some behavioral issues at home and school but Sensei Darrin, didn’t even question it. With no hesitation He welcomed us, took on a challenge and has been amazing and patient with him since day 1. ALL of his students, they show up and show out! They are all great and we owe that to AKA but mainly you, Sensei! My son has progressed tremendously, we still have our moments but who doesn’t. But we are in a much much better place after finding American Karate Academy, I will forever recommend American Karate Academy to any parent & looking forward to start our youngest soon! We are forever grateful! Thank you for everything!

My son started 3 years ago when he was six and is now nine and a 3rd degree blue belt. Darrin Morgan is an incredible instructor and his helped my son’s confidence level n so many ways.
