My husband had a bad experience Saturday. I messaged the page and let them know about it. The owner called me this morning and apologized and made it right. Every business has a bad day now and then, but her response was professional and kind. We will be back. It’s not about never having an unhappy customer. It’s about handling the matter in a professional and fair manner and turning that to a happy customer. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I love love geaux flow. And I just had to write a review specifically for the new nurse that is there. I’m not sure what her name is, but she is actually what Geaux Flow needed. Extremely personable, brought a calm caring feeling to my appointment, and overheard a conversation between her and another patient that made me think “wow nursing is her true calling”.
But Geaux flows prices are great and I love that it’s fast and convenient I’m not looking to go to a spa for half the day every time I need an IV.

I have been to Geaux Flow several times now. The first time was almost two years ago and from then on, they are my go-to for IV hydration. Every one of the staff that I've encountered there has been knowledgeable, friendly, and understanding. I am a tough stick, so I am always nervous, but they never fail me. They definitely ease my mind when it comes to getting an IV. I always leave there feeling WAY better than when I arrived. I strongly recommend them for any of your IV needs.
