I can’t say enough about how great Future Fitness is! My trainer Kate is incredible at motivating me and honestly everyone else at the gym. All the trainers are professional and positive, and the vibes are encouraging, not intimidating. I would recommend Future Fitness to anyone at any skill level!

The staff members at this place are the BEST! They are friendly, skilled, professional and helpful. The facility is always super clean and equipment top-notch. Shout out to the massage therapist, Lisa. she goes above and beyond. I used to have trouble with my hands falling asleep at night. After a few massages with Lisa- that stopped. I recently had to miss a whole month of visits and my hands started falling asleep again at night. Once I got back into my routine with Lisa, it went away again. She works magic!
