My experience at Floor & Decor was top tier! I received their tile within 10 minutes—no long wait at all. The service was efficient, smooth, and well-organized. My sales associate, Amanda, was absolutely awesome—friendly, helpful, and a pleasure to work with. I truly appreciated the great customer service from start to finish.
Bela was super helpful and knowledgeable. She was really patient following us around the store as we changed our minds repeatedly. We visited on multiple occasions before we were ready to buy. The staff know just the right mix of being available when you need help but giving customers space to browse if they aren’t ready to buy. I highly recommend for anyone in the market for flooring!
