I was exceptionally pleased with the service I received in-person. Dr Smith and the staff who assisted me were amazing. The phone presence...not so much. Rude, unknowledgeable and nonchalant. ?? I'm sure Dr. Smith isn't aware of how the phones are answered because the energy is not equivalent in comparison to the in-person service.
