I had a great visit at target optical. The store manager, Karen, was extremely helpful while I was choosing new glasses and explained everything for me very thoroughly during my checkout process. Nijel who helped me with my exam was equally as great, making the atmosphere extremely comfortable. I highly recommend.
Karen was so helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. She made sure she understood our needs and suggested features that matched them while also respecting our time. Even found a coupon for us to save $. Really quick turnaround too!
Ms Karen Fuselier went above and beyond with regard to customer service. Ms Karen at her closing time replaced the nose pads on my glasses. I greatly appreciated her for her willingness to help.
