They’re really good. I was extremely anxious about having to get the numbing shots.. She went to do them and when she told me she was already done I was amazed. She did this little cheek rubbing thing and I didn’t feel a thing. After my first visit I was actually excited to go back knowing I was in good hands. “My son got braces on Tuesday, of this week. His consultation was that day and I decided to move forward after the consultation. Dr. Matt and the girls in the office are terrific. I felt comfortable and confident in them. My son has been in a little pain but that was to be expected. A couple of brackets did pop off and he was upset just because the pain was making him irritable and the brackets just compounded on top of that. We went to see Dr. Matt and he fixed things up and double checked the others. (We are all human and things happen.) Good news is… We didn’t have to wait long for him to fix them. My son went in all grouchy and left with a smile. The reason I’m writing this review is because Dr. Matt personally called, today, to check in on my son. I know he’s busy so it meant a lot that he was personally vested in his care. So far, I highly recommend Smile Stars!

On another note, my son is out of pain and back to his old self. The first 2 days are a lil rough with the soreness but after that, it should be smooth sailing.“
